It is the Policy of CE-STALONG RESOURCES Limited to offer services based on the true meaning of:

QUALITY – Meeting and possibly exceeding our Clients’ requirements.

SYSTEM FOR QUALITY – Prevention of errors by good engineering and procurement practice, thereby making time-consuming inspections and corrections unnecessary, and

THE GOAL OF OUR QUALITY PROCESS – Continuous Improvement towards the ultimate target, which is, an Error-free Work and Total Satisfaction for our Clients.

We confirm our ability to provide services to the required quality by maintaining an effective documented Quality Management System in line with the standard requirements of:

ISO 9001:2015 and Industry best practice.

It is our objective to comply with all Quality specifications and requirements with a view to achieving optimum Clients’ satisfaction.

CE-STALONG RESOURCES Management is committed to providing all resources needed to achieve effective implementation of this Policy in terms of qualified, skilled and competent personnel, functional equipment and tools, and total compliance with clients’ specifications.

Health, Safety, and Environment Policy

It is the cardinal policy of CE-STALONG RESOURCES LIMITED management to promote health of her employees, safe working conditions, and preservation of environment.

It is also CE-STALONG policy to comply with applicable legislation, other statutory requirements, and observe the cautionary principle.

It is the duty of all employees, contractors, and clients to conform to this policy and all HSE procedures and to accept and carry out their responsibilities in a safe manner. It is also the duty of all employees to report any unsafe condition or act.

It is therefore our policy to:

• Provide and maintain safe and healthy working conditions, safe access to work and safe systems of work.
• Set HSE objectives and Targets that would ensure continual improvement of our HSE performance.
• Stop work where there is an uncontrollable risk to people, asset, or the environment.
• Provide information, training, instruction and supervision where necessary to enable employees to perform their work safely and efficiently.
• Monitor the health of employees on a regular basis to ensure they are not adversely affected by the workplace.
• Make available all necessary safety devices and protective equipment and supervise their use.
• Take such actions as is reasonable to eliminate identified hazards or minimize the associated risks.
• Develop and maintain adequate Emergency Response Plan to guard against the impact of incidents and accidents and also to respond in a swift and timely manner.
• Regularly monitor the health of all CSR personnel to ensure they are not adversely affected by the work place.
• Communicate to all levels of the Company and all persons working under the control of CE-STALONG the safety policies and procedures.
• Consult with employees and other stakeholders where applicable on health and safety practices and procedures.
• Maintain cordial relationships with clients and host communities.
• Reward staff and contractors that contribute to improved HSE performance.
• Enhance proper waste management.
• Systematically evaluate environmental impact of our activities and provide appropriate mitigating measures where adverse impact is noted.
• Provide General and Task-Specific PPE to all personnel working on CSR Projects.
